Formulation Procedure

Procedure (Cold Process)

  1. Combine ingredients of phase A and homogenize using a grinder (10puls*4) 2 times.
  2. Combine ingredients of phase B and homogenize using a grinder (10puls*2).
  3. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a grinder (10puls*4) 2 times.
  4. Successively add ingredients of phase C in droplets to phase AB and homogenize using a grinder (10puls*4) 2 times.
  5. Sieve the mixture and press 9 g of powder in a diam 53,4 mm / height 3,5 mm pan.

Additional Notes

  • Stable 3 months at 4°C, RT and 40°C.
  • Aspect: Purple pressed powder
  • Application: On a hydrated skin or over makeup, apply evenly on your face before sun exposure using a brush or a powder puff. Reapply during the day to maintain the sun protection and/or mattify to set your look.
  • in vivo SPF (measured by Grupo Kosmoscience) = 44
  • in vitro SPF (measured by Helioscience) = 33.3
  • % NOI = 96
